Uma arma de fogo e munições foram apreendidas num estabelecimento comercial de Rio Claro, na noite do último domingo, dia 30 de junho. O caso aconteceu numa tabacaria localizada na Avenida M25, no Cervezão.
Segundo o registro policial do caso, agentes da Força Tática da Polícia Militar atuavam numa fiscalização no âmbito da “Operação Bar”. O dono do estabelecimento teria sido contatado pelos agentes e sabia da fiscalização.
Durante a diligência no local, uma arma foi visualizada pelos agentes sobre um balcão, à vista de todos. Era um revólver Taurus calibre .32, feito em inox, com cabo de madeira. A arma tinha seis munições intactas e a numeração era visível.
O funcionário que estava na tabacaria no momento da ação policial disse que o revólver seria de seu patrão e ele foi levado ao Plantão Policial, onde prestou esclarecimentos e a arma ficou apreendida. O empregador do rapaz não estava presente.
A arma era de uso permitido e o caso agora será investigado para se apurar se há documentação legal para que ela seja mantida no local onde foi localizada.
