Em uma manifestação marcada por luto e indignação, a cidade de Piracicaba se prepara para homenagear a artista venezuelana Julieta Hernández, cuja trajetória foi interrompida de forma brutal e chocante. O ato, que reunirá artistas circenses da região de Piracicaba e Rio Claro, está programado para ocorrer às 18h30 nesta sexta-feira, dia 12, com concentração no Largo José Bonifácio, seguindo até o Largo dos Pescadores, em um gesto de repúdio à violência que ceifou a vida da artista.
Julieta Hernández, conhecida por percorrer o Brasil em sua bicicleta, levando arte e alegria por onde passava, estava em uma jornada que a levaria do Rio de Janeiro até a Venezuela, onde planejava passar as festividades de fim de ano junto à sua família. No entanto, a sua trajetória foi abruptamente interrompida quando ela desapareceu em 23 de dezembro, despertando a preocupação de amigos e admiradores.
O caso ganhou destaque quando a trágica notícia do falecimento de Julieta foi confirmada no último dia 5, em Presidente Figueiredo, Amazonas. A artista foi encontrada sem vida em uma hospedagem onde havia parado para pernoitar, vítima de um assassinato cruel, absurdo e revoltante.
“O desfecho trágico da jornada de Julieta Hernández coloca em evidência não apenas a violência que assola as mulheres em nosso país, mas também a urgência de combater a misoginia e o feminicídio. Infelizmente, histórias como a de Julieta não são isoladas, e é imperativo que a sociedade una forças para pôr fim a essa realidade assustadora”, destaca Hugo Delariva, que é um dos artistas que integra o ato.
Julieta, que buscava apenas se reunir com sua família, tornou-se um símbolo de uma classe artística que busca espalhar alegria e inspiração. Em meio à dor, sua memória é agora invocada como um chamado à ação. “Nesta sexta-feira, 12 de janeiro, o movimento de artistas circenses convoca a população a se unir em manifestações e homenagens por todo o Brasil. É um gesto coletivo de gratidão a Julieta e de repúdio à violência que lhe tirou a vida. Que essa manifestação sirva como um grito por justiça e como um lembrete de que é preciso agir para que tragédias como essa não se repitam”, pontuou Hugo.
