A terceira edição do Festival Rango e Rock começa nesta sexta-feira (21) em Rio Claro e segue até segunda-feira (24). O evento faz parte da programação do aniversário de 197 anos de Rio Claro. As apresentações acontecem no Parque Municipal Lago Azul com entrada gratuita e livre para todas as idades. Os organizadores solicitam a doação de 1 litro de leite que srá revertido para o Fundo Social de Solidariedade de Rio Claro.
O destaque desta edição do festival será a apresentação de Paulo Miklos, ex-vocalista da banda Titãs, acompanhado pela Orquestra Filarmônica de Rio Claro. Além da aguardada performance de Paulo Miklos com a Orquestra Filarmônica, o evento também contará com o grupo Rod Hanna, conhecido por suas releituras de disco music, que atrai grande público por onde passa. O festival oferecerá diversas opções gastronômicas e um espaço kids monitorado para garantir a diversão das crianças.
O Festival Rango e Rock é uma realização da Secretaria de Cultura em parceria com a Orquestra Filarmônica de Rio Claro e a Baum Produtora Cultural. Os patrocinadores do evento incluem Whirpool, Casa do Construtor, Cervejaria Frederícia, MyPub, Sapataria Lago Azul, Xavier Camargo Imobiliária, Barbo Empreendimentos, Estrutura Dinâmica e SE Eventos.
