A OAB-Rio Claro recebeu nessa quinta-feira (5) a conselheira secional e especialista em Direito Empresarial e Tributário, Maria Sylvia Aparecida, e o Juiz de Direito da 2° Vara Criminal de Rio Claro e titular do recém-inaugurado Anexo de Violência Doméstica, Caio Cesar Gines Almeida Bueno. Eles participaram da programação dos 21 dias de Ativismo pelo Fim da Violência Contra as Mulheres, promovido pela Coordenadoria da Mulher da OAB-SP, que tem como coordenadora Ionita de Oliveira Krügner.
Para abrir o evento, a coordenadora Ionita Krügner, convidou Divaneide de Paula, contou sobre sua história e sobre os casos de preconceito e violência sofridos ao longo de sua vida.
Sylvia destacou a importância de promover eventos para a discussão e ampliação do debate sobre a violência contra a mulher na sociedade como um todo, inclusive no ambiente jurídico.
“As estatísticas são claras: hoje no Brasil, nove mulheres são espancadas a cada 1 minuto, 1 estupro acontece a cada 22 minutos, 1 mulher é assassinada a cada uma hora e meia, 12 a 13 mulheres são mortas todos os dias. É inadmissível continuar convivendo com essa realidade. Com a promulgação da Lei Maria da Penha muito já avançou, mas ainda precisamos avançar muito mais”, afirma a palestrante.
O juiz de Direito da 2ª Vara Criminal de Rio Claro e titular do recém-inaugurado Anexo de Violência Doméstica, Caio Cesar Gines Almeida Bueno, falou sobre a importância da instalação de uma unidade específica para atender casos que envolvam violência doméstica e familiar. O juiz também falou sobre a campanha de mobilização nacional, Justiça pela Paz em Casa, que teve a ministra Carmem Lucia como precursora e que tem como objetivo ampliar a efetividade da Lei Maria da Penha (Lei. n° 11.340/2006).
